Job summary

Ashford Speech and Advocacy P.C. offers a flexible Early-Intervention SLP position serving families in the Vista area. The role covers 32–40 hours per week, including paperwork and drive time, with four or five workdays per week.

The successful SLP will conduct evaluations and therapy in family homes, support Spanish-speaking families, and participate in company-paid continuing education on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Bilingualism in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as an SLP in the state.
• Ability to work in family homes and coordinate with caregivers.
• Experience with early-intervention services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and therapy in family homes.
• Collaborate with Regional Center and families to develop goals.
• Participate in company-paid continuing education on DEI and accessibility.

Flexible Early-Intervention SLP Position at a Local SLP-Owned Practice! RPE/CF's welcome!

32-40hrs per week includes paperwork time, drive time, lunch and cancellations- never worry about paycheck fluctuations! Work four or five days per week!

The right candidate will be comfortable conducting all evaluations and therapy in family homes of all kinds, believe in the mission of early-intervention to reach all children who require therapeutic services regardless of income, family immigration status, or other factors, and understand their critical role in breaking down barriers to access by providing Regional-Center-funded in-home therapy. Ashford Speech and Advocacy P.C. serves many Spanish-speaking families; bilingualism is required. SLPs will engage in company-paid continuing education on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
