Join to apply for the Visitor Services Attendant role at Missouri Botanical Garden.

This is a part-time position. Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Why You’ll Love This Position:

During your work, you will welcome, admit, and direct guests while ensuring a positive visitor experience. Sell admission tickets and handle cash and credit card transactions professionally. Provide information to visitors in person or on the phone regarding Garden sites, attractions, and events. Offer first-level resolution to customer issues. Promote the mission of Missouri Botanical Garden. Paid training will be provided to prepare you to serve visitors.

What You’ll Do (Highlights):
  • Process ticket purchases using a Point of Sale (POS) system or web entries.
  • Issue, void, or transfer MBG gift cards.
  • Provide Garden information to visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Drive and narrate tram tours.
  • Handle ticket refunds and exchanges.
  • Troubleshoot ticketing issues onsite, online, and via phone.
What You Need For Success:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Minimum of three years driving experience to operate Garden trams.
  • Experience working with the public is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills both in person and by phone.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 30-60 pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
