This is a part-time position. Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

During your work, you will welcome, admit, and direct guests while ensuring the start of a positive visitor experience. Sell admission tickets and handle cash and credit card transactions in an accurate and professional manner. Provide information to visitors either in person or on the phone regarding Garden sites, attractions, special events, classes, and other information that the visitor may require. Provide first-level resolution to customer issues. Promote the mission of Missouri Botanical Garden. Paid training will be provided to ensure you are ready and prepared to enjoy the visitors of The Missouri Botanical Garden.
