Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in Camden, NJ seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to work the 7 PM–7 AM shifts. You will assist with direct and indirect patient care, monitor patients, and support the health care team to maintain safety and quality.

Requirements include CNA certification or equivalent, good interpersonal skills, and High School diploma. CPR certification is preferred and prior hospital experience is a plus.

Short Description

• Functions in the role of providing a safe environment for patients requiring close observation. Assists in providing direct, indirect, and non-patient care responsibilities.
• Contributes to quality patient care by serving as a significant member of the health care team.

Experience Required

• Previous hospital/patient care experience preferred and and/or CNA Certification.
• Demonstrates confidence in interpersonal relationships and effective communication skills.
• Basic patient care skills preferred.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

License/Certification Requirements

American Heart Association CPR Certified.
