• Experience with grant-funded research and healthcare quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of research and implementation initiatives, including plans, timelines, milestones, and reporting.
• Coordinate activities across investigators, project staff, clinical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate research operations and ensure compliance with protocols, sponsor expectations, and human subjects protections.
• Supervise the work of research staff, students, or trainees as needed.
• Coordinate implementation and integration of interventions in clinical/community settings.
