Job Details

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)

Pay: $70 per visit, $75 per evaluation/assessment, $100 per start of care

Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, company-paid cellular data, paid vacation, 401k with match, health/dental/vision for full-time employees

Role Overview

We are looking for a physical therapist to make home visits in the Spring, Texas area. If you enjoy making a difference and desire a flexible schedule, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide physical therapy services according to physician’s plan of care.
2. Assess and evaluate patient status, develop care plans, and evaluate home environments.
3. Assess muscle strength, mobility, gait, and range of motion.
4. Direct therapy treatments and instruct patients and caregivers.
5. Report patient progress to physicians and participate in discharge planning.
6. Train patients in prosthetic use and refer for additional services as needed.
7. Document clinical summaries and participate in peer and supervisory activities.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (bachelor’s or master’s).
• State licensure as a physical therapist.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience; home health experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and good driving record.
