Job summary

Clare Medical of New Jersey is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a visiting physician practice in Paterson, NJ. You will perform detailed patient assessments, wellness and sick visits, and manage common and chronic diseases while coordinating with other providers.

Requirements include an unrestricted NJ APN license, DEA/CDS, EMR proficiency (Athena a plus), and ability to travel regionally. A friendly, independent practitioner who is bilingual is a plus; medical benefits and 401K are

Qualifications

• EMR proficiency with Athena preferred.
• APN license valid in NJ with DEA/CDS.
• Experience with Medicare patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete detailed patient assessment & exams.
• Wellness exams and sick visits.
• Evaluate and manage common and chronic diseases.
• Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic and lab results.
• Refer and collaborate with other providers.
• Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
