Qualifications
- Active APN license in NJ.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
- Current DEA/CDS license.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently.
- Bi-lingual a plus.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and complete detailed patient assessment and physical exams.
- Wellness exams and sick visits.
- Evaluate and manage common and chronic diseases.
- Order, interpret and evaluate diagnostic and lab results.
- Refer and collaborate with other providers.
- Prescribe pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies.
