Job Title/Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $45-50 per visit

Benefits: Company paid cellular data, 401k (with match), and paid vacation.

Reports To: Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Licensed Practical / Vocational Nursing License from the state.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with valid car insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care as defined in the state nurse practice act.
• Implement the plan of care initiated by the registered nurse. Assist the Registered Nurse or Physician in performing specialized procedures and duties.
• Meet patients' needs and use equipment safely and appropriately (footstools, side rails, etc.).
• Provide personnel care conducive to the client's safety and comfort within organizational policies.
