Southern Illinois University Edwardsville’s Department of Psychology seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor for three consecutive academic years, starting August 2027. The position involves teaching graduate and undergraduate courses both in-person and online, advising graduate students, and supervising student research.

ABD candidates will be considered, but the doctorate in I-O Psychology or a related field is required by the contract start date.

• Earned doctorate in I-O psychology or related field; ABD considered, doctoral degree required by start date.
• Evidence of successful graduate and undergraduate teaching and research.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive teaching.

Responsabilidades

• Teach graduate courses in Organizational Psychology, Work Attitudes, and Organizational Development.
• Teach undergraduate courses in Statistics, Research Methods, and I-O Psychology.
• Advise graduate students and supervise student research.
• Engage in professional development and scholarly activities.
