Position Summary:The Department of Kinesiology in the School of Education and Health Sciences at North Central College invites applications for a full-time visiting Assistant or Associate Professor in Athletic Training, to begin fall 2025. The successful candidate will serve as a core faculty member in the master of athletic training program and kinesiology department, advise and mentor athletic training students, engage in professional development/scholarship, and support the athletic training program. The candidate will be able to identify an area of contemporary expertise within athletic training. In addition to the Master of Athletic Training program, the School of Education and Health Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate health professions programs including Exercise Science, Nutrition Science, Health Science, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physician Assistant Studies in a collaborative and interprofessional environment.

Additional Information:The budgeted salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications, including equivalent years in rank, training, and field or discipline; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
