Position Overview
Primary Purpose of the Position
The department seeks to fill a 12-month, Visiting Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy position in the School of Health Sciences with a start date of August 1, 2025. The department seeks an exceptional candidate to join the current faculty members who are dedicated to increasing diversity within the OT profession. The candidate will teach graduate courses, serve as a faculty advisor, mentor students, produce scholarly research that results in peer-reviewed journals within the discipline and/or interprofessional field, present at inter/professional conferences, engage in procuring extramural funds with interdisciplinary teams, participate in departmental, school, and university service as well as engage in service to the professional discipline and the larger Winston-Salem and Forsyth County community.
