Job summary

Lynn University is seeking a Visiting Professor in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program for a one-year core faculty role. • Submit university reports and requirements in a timely manner, including attendance, grades, and student progress reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in using technology for instructional delivery (e.g., learning management systems such as Canvas, presentation software such as PowerPoint).
• Appreciation of different learning styles to incorporate into instructional delivery.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated with a Ph.D. in Counseling, Counselor Education, or a Counselor Education and Supervision program; or have a related doctoral degree and have been employed as a faculty member in a counselor education training program for approximately one academic year.
• Degrees must have been completed at a regionally accredited institution.
• Preference for candidates who have completed degrees from a CACREP‑accredited program.
