Community Care ME is seeking a full-time Supervisor to oversee the Family Visitation Program across Somerset, Knox, and Waldo counties. The role is based in Skowhegan with regular travel to Rockland and Belfast, overseeing Visit Support Workers, referrals, and visitation sites.

Availability is 2-7pm weekdays, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in social work (or related field) and at least one year of supervisory experience, plus strong

• Minimum of 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• At least 12 months of previously documented experience working with children and families.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support Visit Support Workers and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Review and assign visitation referrals for the Family Visitation Program.
• Assist in supervising visits when necessary and ensure safety protocols.
• Oversee the visitation centers and ensure smooth operations across counties.
• Review documentation and maintain accurate records for program management.
• Collaborate with the team to manage the Family Visitation Program effectively.
