Job summary

Community Care in Maine is seeking a full-time Family Visitation Program Supervisor based in Rockland with regular travel to Skowhegan and Belfast. You will supervise Visit Support Workers, review and assign visitation referrals, and help oversee visitation centers while ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.

This role requires availability during peak hours (2-7pm, Monday–Friday) with flexibility to adjust hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• At least 12 months of documented experience with children and families.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Visit Support Workers and review referrals.
• Assign visitation referrals and assist in supervising visits when needed.
• Oversee visitation centers and review program documentation.
• Collaborate with team to manage the Family Visitation Program.
