Community Care seeks a Visit Support Worker to supervise visits between children and their families in our Family Visitation Centers, homes, or community settings. The role helps families work toward reunification with structured, supportive visit management.

Ideal candidates will have reliable transportation, a Maine driver’s license, and the ability to lift young children as needed. Shifts are flexible, with peak hours 2pm–7pm, Mon–Fri, and full supervision and training provided.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• 6 months of experience working with children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise visits between children and their families in designated locations, providing structure and guidance.
• Support reunification goals through consistent, positive visit management.
• Exercise safety and ensure the well-being of children during transport and visits.
• Coordinate with supervising staff to implement the Family Plan.
