Community Care Maine is seeking a Visit Support Worker to supervise visits between children and family members, in our welcoming settings, to promote family reunification. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time hours and meaningful weekend or after-school shifts.

We offer thorough training and supervision to prepare you for success in supporting children and families. A valid Maine driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to transport youth when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise visits at Family Visitation Centers, homes, or in the community to support reunification.
• Provide structure and guidance to visit participants during visits.
• Coordinate transportation for youth as needed and ensure safety during transfers.
