Job summary

The Pursuit Church in Minot is seeking a Production Director to lead the technical teams across services and campuses. You will oversee audio, lighting, video, and streaming while shaping environments where people encounter God through worship and the Word.

You will recruit and train volunteers, collaborate with church leadership, and ensure top-notch production quality for in-person and online experiences.

• Technical Expert with proficiency in live sound, lighting, and streaming platforms.
• Equipper able to teach complex technical skills to volunteers of varying experience.
• Strategic planner capable of an annual ministry growth plan.
• Team builder experienced in recruiting, mentoring, and building a healthy culture.
• Problem solver who remains calm and fixes issues in real time during live events.

Responsibilities

• Visionary leadership of the Production team and technical execution for services and events.
• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers for sound, lighting, and media roles.
• Coordinate multi-campus production quality and content across campuses.
• Maintain and optimize all production equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with Worship Director and Lead Team to enhance attendee experience.
