Faith Church in West Palm Beach is seeking a Florida Tech Director to lead all production ministries for the campus, including Audio, Lighting, and Production Systems. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop volunteer leaders while ensuring excellence and alignment with Faith Church vision.

The role emphasizes leadership development, staff supervision, and collaboration with campus and global production teams to deliver distraction-free worship experiences across weekend services and events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing volunteer teams.
• Experience supervising employees or ministry leaders preferred.
• Experience in live production within a church environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Audio, Lighting, or Production certifications.
• Experience leading multi-site production ministries.
• Experience with volunteer leadership development.
• Experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production ministry operations for the Florida campus.
• Build healthy relationships with Campus Leadership, Worship Team, and ministry leaders.
• Serve as the primary Production leader for weekend services, conferences, and special events.
• Partner with the Global Director to implement ministry initiatives and campus-wide projects.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, programming, and troubleshooting of production equipment and systems.
• Develop systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and volunteer engagement.
