Qualifications

• MD/DO and/or PhD in a relevant field.
• Leadership experience in academic medicine.
• Experience in aging-related fields or gerontology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, system-wide leadership for healthy aging across the university and health network.
• Integrate aging-focused priorities into clinical care, research, and education.
• Expand aging-related research portfolio and foster cross-institution collaborations.
• Oversee Gerontology/Geriatrics Fellowship Program and related training initiatives.
• Lead community engagement efforts addressing rural aging and health disparities.
