Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in an academic medical environment.
• Demonstrated success in clinical program development, team leadership, and interprofessional collaboration.
• Experienced in undergraduate and graduate medical education, strong track record of peer-reviewed publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Division of Geriatrics within the Department of Family & Community Medicine.
• Develop a strategic vision for the division and guide faculty and staff in ongoing career growth.
• Collaborate broadly in the department, medical school, and health system to promote research and education.
