• Support project delivery with quality control and interdisciplinary integration.
• Engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact urban solutions.
• Lead smaller project teams and support senior leadership in design excellence.

Education

Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or Landscape Architecture

LICENSURE under progress; LEED Accreditation preferred

Fluency in Spanish (preferred)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to lead small teams and mentor junior staff
