Skorpios Technologies, Inc. seeks a visionary Sr. Vice President of Engineering to lead our technical organization and drive next-generation III-V and Silicon Photonics chip and module products from concept to high-volume manufacturing.

The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with executive leadership to align technology with market strategies. You will shape the engineering roadmap, mentor senior leaders, and ensure DFM/DFR standards across teams while delivering differentiated, disruptive

Qualifications

Ph.D. or MS in a photonics-related field as stated.
15+ years in semiconductors or photonics with leadership experience.
Deep expertise in III-V and Silicon Photonics device design and high-speed communications.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical vision for Silicon Photonics and III-V integration.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to manufacturing.
Establish rigorous engineering processes and manage project timelines and budgets.
Direct design and modeling of lasers, modulators, and photodetectors.
Drive DFM/DFR standards across the engineering organization.
Represent the company to customers and partners with technical clarity.
