Job summary

Milton Public Schools in Milton, MA, seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead a PreK–12 district of ~4,350 students across six schools. The next leader will advance academic and social-emotional growth, equity, and innovative instruction while strengthening partnerships with families and the community.

Qualifications

• Collaborative, inclusive leadership prioritizing instructional excellence, equity, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing budgets and complex organizational systems.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Massachusetts licensure eligibility for Superintendent of Schools.
