Responsibilities

• Recruit, support, evaluate, and retain skilled educators and staff.
• Oversee daily operations, facilities, technology, enrollment, and planning.
• Foster partnerships with families and community partners.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors on long-term sustainability.
