You will lead hardware and software interface design, mentor engineers to Principal and Distinguished levels, and own performance per watt improvements for the next decade.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of relevant industry or academic experience.
• MSEE, MSCE, or PhD or equivalent with significant impact in EE/CE/CS.
• Experience crafting memory architecture for multiple silicon generations.
• Expertise in DRAM interfaces and SRAM requirements.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define memory interface strategy across multi-generation, cross-portfolio.
• Lead performance-versus-power analysis that informs silicon trade-offs.
• Oversee silicon and vendor/IP co-architecture.
