Qualifications

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years in long-term care or skilled nursing leadership.
• Strong management, planning, budgeting and quality‑improvement skills.
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, resident‑focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies that enhance care quality and efficiency.
• Lead and support staff, fostering teamwork, respect, and excellence.
• Provide ongoing education and leadership development to management and staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff for facility programs and services.
• Manage budgets and financial performance with fiscal responsibility.
• Set facility goals and conduct annual evaluations of progress.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the community.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in resident care and operations.
• Guide policy adherence and procedures per corporate and regulatory guidelines.
