Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• 3+ years of leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Experience in management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused professional.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and resident-focused environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance quality of care and efficiency.
• Lead and support staff, fostering teamwork, respect, and excellence.
• Provide ongoing education, mentorship, and leadership development to facility management.
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
• Establish goals and conduct annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in resident care and operations.
