Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Swimwear Designer with licensed brands.
• Excellent sketching and strong proficiency in Illustrator.
• Experience building tech packs with construction details for swimwear.
• Understanding textiles and production processes in swimwear.
• Ability to manage deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and sketch swimwear collections for licensed brands.
• Report to the Director of Design on all deliverables.
• Create technical drawings and specifications using Illustrator.
• Build thorough tech packs with measurements, materials, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure production readiness.
• Stay current with fashion trends and brand DNA, balancing aesthetics and compliance.
• Coordinate with product development, technical design, and marketing teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
