Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Swimwear Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing licensed-brand work.
• Exceptional sketching skills and ability to develop tech packs.
• Deep understanding of textiles, construction, and licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Design on all deliverables.
• Design and sketch new swimwear collections aligned with licensed brands' standards.
• Develop concepts reflecting brand identity for each license.
• Create detailed tech packs with specs and materials.
• Collaborate with design and production to ensure production-ready designs.
• Stay current with fashion trends and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable timely execution.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with consistency.
