Job summary

Siletz Valley School in Siletz, Oregon is seeking an Interim Superintendent to lead the district toward its educational and operational priorities. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership is preferred.
• Oregon Administrative Licensure is required.
• Completion of COSA New Superintendent’s Academy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of teachers, specialists, and staff.
• Oversee instructional practices and staff development.
• Develop and manage the district budget with the Business Manager.
• Coordinate safety, compliance, and reporting with the Board and Oregon DOE.
• Lead curriculum evaluation and district-wide program alignment.
• Plan master schedule, calendar, and professional development.
