Siletz Valley School in Oregon seeks an exceptional educational leader to serve as Interim Superintendent. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will implement Board policies, align district priorities, and oversee finances, operations, and community relations.

The role requires strong time management, collaboration, and a proven record in staff supervision, budget planning, and grant writing. Location: Siletz, OR, with health and vision insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with district leadership and governance.
• Grant writing experience.
• Understanding of Oregon education law.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership and supervise staff.
• Develop and manage district budget with the board.
• Lead safety, operations, and facilities oversight.
• Engage with staff, students, families, and community.
• Develop board meeting agendas with the Board Chair.
