Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s Degree and a WA State Superintendent Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Prior successful experience as an educator with leadership experience at district level is required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the school board, staff, families and community to ensure student success.
• Provide district-wide instructional improvements, operations oversight, and financial stewardship.
• Lead in alignment with WA public school system expectations and state legislation.
• Foster transparent, responsive leadership and positive relationships with all stakeholders.
