Job summary

ScionHealth is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, driving strategic planning, budget management, and policy implementation. You will guide executive leadership, coordinate with the medical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care across facilities.

Responsibilities include oversight of budgets, compliance with HIPAA and accrediting bodies, and representing the hospital to the board and external partners. Experience in multi-site hospital management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or clinical specialty.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or clinical specialty preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the strategic planning and management of hospital operations.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
• Directs budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation.
• Leads multi-site operations with focus on quality patient care and staff morale.
• Represents the hospital in external functions and liaises with medical staff.
