Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• Must be a licensed architect.
• Minimum 15 years of healthcare design experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead design from concept through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility planning and design vision for major healthcare projects.
• Oversee schematic and design development for both aesthetic and functional design.
• Ensure design intent is carried through all project phases with technical rigor.
• Mentor emerging designers and foster a collaborative Dallas design culture.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, workshops, and interviews.
