Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for Developer Infrastructure to own the product vision of the code lifecycle, from change to production deployment.

You will define what world-class developer infrastructure looks like and drive execution to help engineers stay fast, safe, and productive. You will lead the end-to-end roadmap for CI/CD, release automation, testing infra, and production readiness standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in developer infrastructure, productivity, or internal tools.
• Deep expertise across the code lifecycle: CI/CD, build systems, testing infra, deployment pipelines, and production readiness.
• Proven track record defining multi-year platform strategies that improve developer velocity, reliability, and quality.
• Experience building products where engineers are the primary customer and driving adoption across an engineering org.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product roadmap and success metrics for Developer Infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
• Lead migrations to reduce complexity, improve reliability, and simplify engineer adoption.
• Build quality scorecards and leaderboards for production systems with executive visibility.
• Partner with Engineering, SRE, Security, and leadership to ensure reliable, secure, scalable lifecycle systems.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to translate insights into high-impact investments.
• Shape integration of emerging technologies, including AI-powered testing and deployment.
