Lifespace Communities is seeking an Executive Director for Harbours Edge in Delray Beach, FL. You will oversee operations across resident services, healthcare, hospitality, dining, and sales, guiding performance and shaping a vibrant community.

You will build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, drive occupancy and revenue goals, manage budgets and metrics, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. A hospitality mindset and strategic vision are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.
• Experience leading large-scale operations in senior living.
