Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Delray Beach, FL, is seeking an Executive Director to lead Harbours Edge, a premier senior living community. You will oversee resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement.

This strategic, service-driven role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 7+ years of ED/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community.

What You'll Do

As Executive Director, you'll oversee the full operation of the community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, financial performance, and team engagement.
