Responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring the facility operates within budgetary constraints.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other facility leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality care.
• Recruit, hire, and train new staff members.
