Otterbein SeniorLife in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking an Executive Director to lead a 120-acre elder care community. The role directs day-to-day operations, guides short- and long-term planning, and fosters a culture of resident enthusiasm and staff engagement.

The ideal candidate is a licensed nursing home administrator in Indiana with at least five years of Long Term Care Administrator experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to person-centered care and mission-driven service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/long-term administration, business, gerontology, or related field; Master's a plus.
• Indiana HFA license current.
• Minimum 5 years of Long Term Care Administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present and administer the community’s annual budget plans.
• Oversee and staff the functional areas to deliver services to residents.
• Monitor quality indicators and implement quality improvement plans.
• Create and manage systems for resident and staff communication, resolving concerns.
• Ensure operations comply with laws, regulations and Otterbein policies.
• Select, supervise, coach, develop and retain staff.
• Nurture a strong relationship with the campus board of directors.
• Build positive community relationships to enhance ministry reputation.
• Participate in corporate teams to share best practices.
