The Colonial Theatre seeks a visionary Executive Director to lead a cherished nonprofit arts organization in Phoenixville. You will partner with the Board to set strategic priorities, grow philanthropic support, and expand the theatre’s role as a regional cultural destination.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit arts or culture.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning and financial management.
• Proven success growing contributed revenue from major gifts, grants, and sponsorships.
• Ability to build relationships with Board, donors, staff, volunteers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership that advances the Theatre's mission.
• Oversee fundraising, external relations, and donor stewardship.
• Manage finances, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Guide programming in film, live performance, and education.
