Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as required in related field.
• Proven ability to lead programs, teams and fundraising efforts.
• Strong public speaking and community outreach experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and a collaborative team culture.
• Design and oversee exhibits and education programs rooted in science.
• Collaborate with communications and development to promote programs and events.
• Develop and manage the Center’s annual budget and fundraising initiatives.
• Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and local leaders; oversee volunteer engagement.
