Qualifications

• Earned Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership or closely related field.
• Current rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
• Record of teaching, scholarship, and service reflective of rank.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, motivation, and supervision to the department and programs.
• Serve on College Leadership Team to advance college goals.
• Oversee staffing needs and faculty expertise for curricula and instruction.
• Ensure accreditation compliance with relevant state and federal agencies.
• Foster research and scholarly activity among faculty.
• Lead recruitment, searches, and hiring compliance.
• Mentor faculty across teaching, research, and service.
• Resolve student and faculty disputes per policies.
• Collaborate to meet curriculum outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Build external partnerships with districts and organizations.
• Support faculty professional development through conferences and training.
• Oversee student recruitment and retention initiatives.
