Qualifications

• Earned Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership, School Counseling, Research, Human Development, or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current rank of Associate Professor or Professor, or a record of achievement meeting qualifications for Associate Professor or Professor.
• A record of teaching, scholarship, and service reflective of rank in the college.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, leadership, motivation, and supervision to the department and programs.
• Lead College Leadership Team to guide college-wide priorities.
• Oversee accreditation compliance and program quality across department areas.
• Foster research, scholarship, and professional growth among faculty.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty; support professional development.
• Build external partnerships with school districts and professional organizations.
• Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation to meet accreditation standards.
