Placements24 is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead creative initiatives in East London. You will shape the overall vision, guide designers, content creators, and strategists, and elevate the brand’s aesthetic and impact.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, requiring a strong portfolio and deep understanding of visual storytelling across media. Hybrid work and executive-level responsibility are core features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position (Creative Director/Art Director).
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative work across media, Arts & Entertainment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of design principles, branding, digital media, and content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the creative vision and strategy for all projects and campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align output with business objectives.
• Present creative work to stakeholders and justify design decisions.
