Active Theory is seeking an Executive/Creative Director to lead creative vision and execution across high-profile client work and new business initiatives. This senior role sits at the intersection of hands-on leadership, strategy, and studio-wide design excellence.

With responsibility across interactive, experiential, and digital projects, you will mentor teams, shape design culture, and guide pitches and client partnerships while maintaining a high bar for quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital design/creative production
• Led large-scale, interactive projects from concept to launch
• Strong conceptual thinking with excellent craft
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, and C4D
• Experience with webGL-driven experiences preferred
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills

Responsabilités

• Lead Executive/Creative Director on client work from concept to launch
• Own creative vision, narrative and execution across projects
• Lead discovery, ideation, design direction and reviews
• Be hands-on when needed with design, motion, or visual systems
• Present work and rationale to senior client stakeholders
• Partner with production and account leads to balance scope, timelines, and budget
