Job summary

Grace Church in Eden Prairie, MN seeks a dedicated Videographer to join the Communications Department. You will plan, film, edit and deliver video content for Sundays, events, and church-wide communications, blending storytelling with technical skill.

You should be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and capture high-quality audio/video across studio, worship, and field shoots. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, video production or filmmaking.
• 2+ years of video editing or digital storytelling experience.
• Proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve or similar).
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, pacing and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit and deliver videos for Sundays and special events and church communications.
• Coordinate pre-production for video projects, including interviews and on-site shoots.
• Maintain video files, assets, and equipment; ensure professional production quality.
• Support Sundays and weekend services with video coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders.
