Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of verifiable experience as Director at a PA Keystone STAR 4 center.
• Verified Level B+ or above on the PA Career Pathway.
• Current PA Director's Credential.
• Strong background in curriculum implementation, classroom management, and educational compliance.
• Experience managing budgets and supervising staff.
• Excellent public speaking skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Experience working with children across early childhood age groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to create a positive, engaging environment for children, families, and staff.
• Implement curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning standards.
• Manage center operations including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and quality service.
• Lead staff selection, supervision, professional development facilitation, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to early childhood education and childcare licensing.
• Collaborate with families to foster strong relationships and address individual needs effectively.
