Inspire Early Education in Exeter, PA is seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Director. As the Director you will be an integral leader on the Inspire team, exemplifying our values and our culture of Kindness, Innovation, Diversity, Courage, and Optimism.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field.
AA considered as alternative.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment.
Engage with your team and families daily.
Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center.
Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
