Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska is seeking a Chief Executive Officer in partnership with Lindauer. This role leads strategy, operations, philanthropy, and community partnerships to keep families together during a child's illness.

With demand at historic levels and an ambitious strategic plan, the CEO will shape RMHC WWA's future impact across the Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate will guide financial stewardship, governance, and fundraising while building

Qualifications

• Provide visionary leadership for strategy, operations, governance, and growth, working closely with the Board.
• Serve as the organization's principal fundraiser and ambassador to donors and partners.
• Lead and inspire staff and volunteers to excel in a mission-driven culture.
• Advance the strategic plan by expanding philanthropic revenue and partnerships.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
